This program is designed for anyone who wants to complete their first 10K comfortably — no matter your current speed. Over 10 weeks, you’ll gradually increase your distance while building running fitness and confidence, with optional walk-run intervals in the early weeks.
Before You Start: You should be able to run or walk-run for 30 minutes. If not, start with Base Building Level 1.
