Why I Coach:
I’ve been lucky enough to see what running can do for people — not just in finish times, but in confidence, community, and everyday life.
I coach because I love being part of that journey. Whether it’s someone running their first kilometre without stopping, or chasing a personal best, seeing those moments never gets old.

My Coaching Approach:
I believe in training that’s backed by science, structured, sustainable, and built around your life.
Running isn’t just about pushing harder — it’s about knowing when to go, when to hold back, and how to enjoy the process along the way.

A Bit About My Background:
I’m a Level 2 coach with both Athletics Australia and the Lydiard Foundation, working with runners of all abilities — from first-timers to seasoned athletes.
I’ve coached people to achieve their first race finish, break long-standing PBs, and even represent their club on the national stage.
But the most important thing? Making sure every athlete feels supported, and motivated to train and understands the process.
